The Xenophage Exotic Quest: A Comprehensive Guide
Prerequisites:
Before embarking on the Xenophage exotic quest, players must complete the Shadowkeep campaign.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1. The Journey:
Visit Eris Morn at the Moon's Sanctuary. She will grant you the "The Journey" quest.
2. Paths Uncovered:
Head to the K1 Communion lost sector and defeat the boss, Kridis. Loot the chest to obtain a "Vision of Darkness" fragment.
Next, visit the K1 Crew Quarters lost sector and defeat the boss, Zydron. Loot the chest for a second "Vision of Darkness" fragment.
3. Paths End:
Travel to the Lost City ruins on the Moon. Locate a large, hive-infested structure and enter through a side entrance.
Follow the path and activate three Hive runes. Defeat the Hive Knights that spawn and then cleanse the central Hive crystal.
4. The Final Exotic Quest:
Return to Eris Morn and complete the "The Journey" quest. She will grant you the "Xenophage: Birthplace of Giants" quest.
Head to the Sorrow's Harbor region on the Moon. Enter the Lost Crypt dungeon through the tunnel near the wrecked Ketch.
Navigate through the dungeon until you reach the final encounter. Defeat Gahlran, the boss, and loot the chest to obtain the Xenophage exotic machine gun.
